How to Pay Rent
You can pay rent using one of the following methods:
Online (Recommended)
Log in to your Tenant Portal:

Bank transfer: $3 flat fee

Credit/debit card: 3% processing fee

Be sure to select bank transfer to avoid higher fees
You can also set up automatic monthly payments through the portal. Payments will continue until canceled.

Submitting Maintenance Requests
The most efficient way to submit maintenance requests is through your Tenant Portal.
Requests submitted through the portal go directly to:

Emergencies
For urgent issues (such as no heat or active water leaks), call the office immediately.
If it is a life-threatening emergency (fire, break-in), call 911.
Non-emergency calls will be returned the next business day.
Preparing for Move-Out
Move-Out Checklist
Before moving out, your rental must be fully cleaned and returned to its original condition.

Wipe down walls, doors, baseboards, cabinets, and fixtures

Mop and vacuum all floors

Clean garage and remove all items

Replace burned-out light bulbs
-
Ensure smoke and CO detectors are working

Mow and clean yard
-
Remove all debris and pet waste

- Under appliances
- Baseboards
- Window seals
- Behind toilets

Must be professionally cleaned

Receipt required

Must be completed before move-out date

Deposit Details

Deposits are issued to all tenants unless written instructions are provided to split payment.
